Too few rooms have 2 persons beds. Most have 2 separate beds!!! Water is not allowed to be brought from outside for guests!!!

A pleasant and comfortable hotel with attentive staff and a great atmosphere. Very clean with a lovely little pool area.
Breakfast was basic and not very nice to be honest.

great decor but long beach walk
The hotel's courtyard with a beautiful swimming pool provided an inviting atmosphere. I appreciated the free sun lounges on the beach. I enjoyed the garden view from my room.

Very friendly, English speaking, staff are the hotels best asset. Pool is good when the sun is on it until 1pm ish and also neat on an evening.
Room had few redeeming features. not a place to spend much time.

Very nice and complaisant service. Rooms were tidy everyday and sometimes even clothes were layed in little artistic way There is enough space for everyone in hotel to relax
The comments below are not to say that we dislike something it is more suggestion what could be improved to be even better: - music at the swimming pool could be more standardised and more lounge or chill out music (european plastic disco is not the best) - the scrambled eggs could be done in better way for breakfast

The hotel has a quirky charm that I really enjoyed. The location is a short 10-minute walk from a private beach, convenient. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby created a lively atmosphere. The pool area looked beautiful and was a great spot to relax, although I wished the seating was more comfortable. The staff at the reception were great. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. It lacked variety and flavor, with only one bottle of water provided for the entire dining area. My room had a bumpy mattress. I also encountered a cockroach in the bathroom and had issues with the water not draining properly. I reported these problems, but the maintenance team didn't seem to take my complaints seriously. They didn't follow up on our concerns, disappointing. The hotel is nice, but some improvements in breakfast offerings and maintenance would make a big difference.

Very friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful pool area.
The hotel restaurant was very slow and when the meals did arrive they were poor and left unfinished.

Staff were very helpful, pleasant and polite. The pool area is very pretty and the rooms were functional.
The bed was uncomfortable and air-con would have been useful.

Staff were courteous and efficient, they responded quickly to queries. Restaurant is good value for money, offering a la carte or a set menu. Decent choice of food at breakfast. Private guarded parking. Hotel is off the main road so less noise from the traffic. Beach enclosure (although small) is appreciated as it reduces the number of vendors "pestering".
No lifts. It wasn't a problem for me but it should be made clear. Although wi-fi is available, free internet access would have been appreciated for guests who don't bring their own laptop on holidays.
